If you need one reason to tune in to this week’s episode, it’s this: Joy Foster, our fearless leader, says this episode is one of her favourites of the year 🤯. And, ladies, Joy’s right on the money – this episode is a corker.
Christine Palmer’s story will sound familiar, we’re sure. Having got comfortable in a career that was no longer challenging her, she did what many are too scared to contemplate: she said hello to her fears about the business start-up costs and a drop in salary and gave them the famous TechPixies’ karate kick in the chops.
And now Christine has unleashed her entrepreneurial spirit, there’s no stopping her. Having launched a doggy-inspired sustainable t-shirt business called Olive & Ozzie Too (we’re animal mad here at TechPixies HQ, so this is right up our street), Christine is all set to get her online course off the ground – she’ll be helping business leaders better manage their staff.
We love that Christine’s dogs– a Jack Russell called Olive, and Ozzie, a labrador pup (they have their own Instagram account 😍) – inspired her t-shirts, and we adore how the t-shirts feature designs illustrated by her daughter. We also love that Christine is generously offering listeners a 15% discount, as well as free postage and packing, on orders right now (woo-hoo!).
Here’s why you need to tune in
