Book

14 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the book, you can request a refund for the purchase within 14 days. We retain the right to change the price. Social Media Supercharge

If purchasing Social Media Supercharge CPD LIVE, the refund policy is only up to the 9am GMT/BST AFTER the first live session has taken place. After that, there are no refunds. You can request a refund using this link: https://forms.gle/xm6WeWsNwH3beD6T8 

If purchasing Social Media Supercharge CPD RECORDINGS, after the live event has completed, there are no refunds.

Social Media Magic

We have a 14 day Money Back Guarantee for any reason. Students must fill out the refund request form within the 14 day window: https://forms.gle/xm6WeWsNwH3beD6T8. If you are unsure about the cutoff for the 14 day window, please email support@techpixies.com.

Social Media Magic is NOT a membership and therefore cannot be cancelled. If you have not requested a refund within the 14 days, you do not qualify for a refund and will be under obligation to fulfil payment for your course. Refusal to pay for your course fee after the guarantee period has passed, with no explanation as to your circumstances, will result in your Social Media Magic course access being removed. We will also remove your access to the Social Media Magic Facebook group. We have the right to file a small claims case against you. PROGRESSION

PROGRESSION is a membership and therefore, members can cancel their membership for any reason. 

Full pay PROGRESSION members will get a refund of the total amount paid divided by 12 with a reduction of the months that remain. So for example if a student signed up in April 2020 and were members until February 6th 2021. They would get a refund for March 2021 only. Currently the full pay is £200+VAT which would mean that each month refunded is worth: £16.66+VAT. In this case, the student would receive a refund of £16.66+VAT (£20). 

Currently with PROGRESSION there is no refund policy* for monthly payments. A student can cancel PROGRESSION at any point and they will have access until the end of the month that they have most recently paid for. Meaning, if your membership renews on the 15th of February 2021 and you cancel on the 5th of February 2021 or you cancel on the 16th of February 2021, you have access until the end of February. 

When you cancel your membership, you will be removed from the PROGRESSION Facebook group and also from any course material associated with PROGRESSION and will no longer be able to access coaching calls.

*There is an exception to this policy for cohorts 17-20 who may have signed up to PROGRESSION in order to maintain access to the Social Media Magic Curriculum and didn’t receive the full strategy documentation until 19 December 2020. They are allowed to request a refund for the months of Oct, Nov, Dec 2020 ONLY. Payments from April 2020 to September 2020 do not qualify for a refund as students had full access to the coaching and additional workshops which were on offer as part of PROGRESSION. They could have, at any point, requested to cancel pre-October 2020. Also if they did not want the extra benefits provided by PROGRESSION, they could have simply extended their curriculum without the additional coaching and workshops. 

1 on 1 Coaching

You can request a cancellation or refund up to 7 days in advance. However, should something come up that prevents you from attending your call within 24 hours, you will get the opportunity to reschedule once. Any future cancellations less than 7 days in advance will not be refunded. If we have to cancel on you, we will offer a new time slot or refund you and we will aim to give you 7 days notice as well.
