FAQs for all the roles…

  • Are the jobs year round or term time only? We are willing to consider term time only applicants. What we have found in the past is that if people can pre-plan, it is possible to work a much lighter schedule during the half-terms and summer holidays.
  • Would you consider a job share? At the moment, we would consider a job share for what was the Digital Marketing Manager role – because a lot of people have asked about this, we’ve split it into two jobs. The Communications Manager and the Social Media Manager. If you would like to apply for both as a single job, you can. Otherwise, you can now apply for these jobs separately. At the moment, we cannot do a job share for the sales and customer support role.
  • Do I have to be in Oxford to do the role? You do not need to be Oxford based, however, it would be nice. This role can be done remotely though so don’t let that get in the way of applying. If you are working in Oxford, we can offer you a desk in our shared office space for one of your working days.
  • Are there particular days that I must do or is the role flexible? We would like you to be able to work on Mondays, this tends to be a good day for the team to get together for meetings (which can be done virtually if you are not Oxford based) and also sets the week up. The other hours can be done more flexibly.
